Training
Silverpeas can be used without training!This is made possible by a simple device: on all the pages there is a menu "What do you want to do?", which displays to the users what they can do, according to their rights, role, and the application they are using.
Still, we offer a training day for users to accelerate their adaptation to the solution. (see table below)
The adaptation by different audiences is also accelerated by the "guiding" layer that provides the user, accessing for the first time an application, a small explanation of how the application operates.
Silverpeas integrates a WYSIWYG editor (open source CK Editor), similar in use to MS Office, for creating and updating content. Demo space: http://www.fckeditor.net/demo
