How to easly create your newsletter based on your platform content ✌🏻
Until now, our newsletter application used a classic WYSIWYG editor. It was possible to save a newsletter as a template but all the editorial work was done manually.
Since our 6.3 version, our application is completly mordern and user friendly

Now you can modify and create the newsletter template. Generaly we proposed to our client to make the template ourselves for us. Because, newsletter template creation is such a all thing !
Both template management and newsletter modification are done using the new HTML content editor. This editor allows drag & drop manipulation of more or less structured HTML components (based on GrapesJS). This editor closely resembles the tools used by industry leaders in the mailing list domain.
The template, which contains the various necessary HTML blocks, allows the user to edit the newsletter and modulate it as desired to construct the final content. Each block can be moved, duplicated, and modified.
When the user double-clicks on an image, a pop-up opens to allow them to select an image linked to the template, an image from an image bank, or to upload a new image.
To facilitate the work of editorial teams, the cross-functional “Cart” feature allows for collecting content from the platform to integrate into their newsletter. This cart allows temporary storage of a selection of content from different applications. Like : EDM, News, and Calendar applications.
Once in the cart, this content can be easily inserted into the newsletter in Edit mode within the Contribution and Event type blocks. (via the small pencil icon)

The most complex part is creating a complete template that is compatible with one’s email client(s).
